The Malton driving test centre is located at 3 Milton Avenue, Malton. Using your Malton driving test centre routes will enable you to recreate and practice manoeuvres you've learnt in your driving lessons.
There are a lot of speed changes on the Malton routes, including National Speed Limits, so you need to be aware of the speed limit of the roads you are on. All Malton Driving Test Routes can be downloaded from Route-Led.
Malton is considered by some as a hard test centre to pass.

Test centres do not always have a car park so plan your parking before your test.
Independent Driving Test
The new driving test has two major changes from the 'old' / previous practical test. The first change is that you are only be required to carry out one driving manoeuvre instead of the previous requirement for two manoeuvres. This is to allow more time for the new INDEPENDENT DRIVING part of the test which is the 2nd and most significant change.
Malton is a busy area so expect to be driving on dual carriage ways and busy roads. At Route-Led we're continually working with local ADI's and learner drivers to keep our routes up to date. We also welcome any feedback on the routes we supply.
