You'll still need an Approved Driving Instructor to teach you how to drive. The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) practical driving test is designed to test your ability to control the vehicle and to ensure what you have learnt over your lessons has stuck with you.
There are a lot of speed changes on the Macclesfield routes, including National Speed Limits, so you need to be aware of the speed limit of the roads you are on. All Macclesfield Driving Test Routes can be downloaded from Route-Led.
All our routes are currently in use by ADI's (Approved Driving Instructors) on a daily basis in your local area.

We are working closely with local ADI's and learner drivers to keep our routes up to date. At Route-Led we're continually working with local ADI's and learner drivers to keep our routes up to date. We also welcome any feedback on the routes we supply.
At Route-Led providing a quality product and service to our customers is very important to us. We have a strict process in place to ensure all our routes are up to date and reliable for you to use. The Macclesfield independent driving test consists of about 10 minutes where the driver will be asked to follow road signs to a destination given by the examiner, the candidate may be shown a diagram with a series of directions, or a combination of both. It doesn't matter if candidates don't remember every direction, or if they go the wrong way - that can happen to the most experienced drivers. The rest of the test is the same.
